During the Program Period, all Silverado 1500 (LTZ & ZR2), and GMC Yukon retailed to event 60 in SOM within the Program Period will receive the first three (3) scheduled services free at participating Dealers.

Additionally, orders taken throughout the period on a confirmed Silverado 1500 (LTZ & ZR2), and GMC Yukon that cannot be delivered within the Program Period will also be honoured. This will provide the Dealer network the opportunity to secure orders right up to 30 June 2026.

Dealers are required to ensure sold customer details are applied against a respective GMON by COB 30 June2026 for any orders not able to be delivered within the Program Period.

 

Terms & Conditions

Dealers need to ensure that they accurately convey the terms and conditions of the Scheduled Servicing offer to their customers. Departures from these terms and conditions will mean that dealers are unable to claim the cost of the service from GMSV. The key terms and conditions of the offer are summarised below and can be used when advertising this offer. We recommend that dealers undertake their own review and obtain advice on the terms and conditions prior to publishing. 1. This offer is available on all eligible buyer types and includes Demonstrator models. 2. The Offer includes up to three (3) scheduled services that must be used within 36 months (from date of reported registration) or 36,000km (whichever is earlier), as specified by the applicable GMSV Owner’s Manual Supplement for the relevant model. 3. In order to claim the Offer, customers must ensure that they comply with the servicing schedule set out in their Owner’s Manual Supplement. 4. The servicing schedule includes servicing every 12 months / 12,000km. If this is not completed within 15 months / 15,000km (whichever occurs first) that service claim is forfeited, and the customer may need to pay for the service. 5. Each scheduled service includes the service items listed in the applicable GMSV Owner’s Manual Supplement as required at the time or distance intervals prescribed by the scheduled service. 6.
